These Terms govern your use of Par Excellence Golf Academy's website and premium coaching services. By enrolling, you accept these Terms.

1. Services

Par Excellence Golf Academy provides private and group golf coaching, consultation sessions, junior development programs, and related luxury instruction services by PGA/LPGA-certified master professionals at our Austin, TX facility.

2. Booking & Payment

2.1 Confirmations

Bookings confirmed on payment or written agreement. Session packages expire 12 months from purchase.

2.2 Pricing

All prices USD. Quoted pricing honored for 30 days from initial inquiry.

3. Cancellation Policy

• 72+ hours: Full refund or complimentary reschedule
• 24–72 hours: 50% refund or one rescheduling credit
• Under 24 hours: No refund, no reschedule
• Weather: Full future credit at no charge

4. Health, Liability & Conduct

Golf involves physical activity. By participating, you confirm physical suitability. Par Excellence is not liable for injury unless due to direct instructor negligence. We reserve the right to decline service to students whose conduct is disrespectful to staff or other students. Minors require written parental consent.

5. Equipment & Facilities

Students responsible for their own equipment. Simulator and facility access subject to availability and our fair-use policy.

6. Intellectual Property

All coaching methodologies, materials, and content are the exclusive property of Par Excellence Golf Academy. No reproduction without written consent.

7. Governing Law

Governed by Texas law. Disputes subject to Travis County, Texas courts.
